Learn how to make mix vegetable omelette - a healthy & quick Indian breakfast recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Onion, chopped <br />1 Tomato, chopped <br />1 Carrot, grated <br />4 tbsp Cabbage <br />Coriander Leaves <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste <br />3 tbsp Semolina <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1/2 Cup Gram Flour <br />Salt to taste <br />Water as required <br />Oil <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large bowl add onion, tomato, carrot, cabbage, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, semolina, mix masala, turmeric powder, salt & gram flour. Mix everything well. <br />- Add water as required and mix well. Make a pouring consistency batter. <br />- In a flat bottom pan heat some oil. <br />- Pour some of the batter and spread evenly. <br />- Cook the omelette properly on both the sides. <br />- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
